Ingredients: Maitake Mushroom (Grifola frondosa) 6 g, Turkey Tail Mushroom (Trametes versicolor) 10 g, Tremella Mushroom (Tremella fuciformis) 3, Phellinus Mushroom (Phellinus linteus) 3 g, Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) 4 g, Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) 4 g

Directions: Mix into food, ideally divided between morning and evening meals. Start with half the recommended dose for 3–5 days to observe your dog’s response before moving to full dosage.

• Extra-Small Dogs (under 10 lbs): 1/8 tsp daily (~0.2 g)

• Small Dogs (10–25 lbs): 1/4 tsp daily (~0.5 g)

• Medium Dogs (26–50 lbs): 1/2 tsp daily (~1 g)

• Large Dogs (51–80 lbs): 3/4 tsp daily (~1.5 g)

• Extra-Large Dogs (81+ lbs): 1 tsp daily (~2 g)

Precautions: For canine use only — not for cats. Safe if ingested in recommended amounts. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use within 6 months of opening. If your dog is pregnant, nursing, has a medical condition, or is on medication, consult your veterinarian before use.
